In order to keep your design looking beautiful and lasting, you will need to follow these proper care instructions: always wash your garment inside out, in like colors, and in cold water. Never use fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry low if needed, but hang dry is best. Never use a hot iron on the design and always keep garments away from any high heat source.

You will have until end of the day on Friday, November 17th to place your order to be picked up at Progress South Elementary School during the week of December December 11-15. You will be notified via email by our shop as well as by your school in reference to pick up. Your items will be seperately packaged with your information in order to be distributed more easily to your students or staff members. Just choose Delivery and Progress South Elementary as your location to have your items delivered there for you or your student to pick up.

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, contact us at customersupport@jlynnspalace.com.com within 48 hours of receiving your items to discuss return and refund options on eligible items. If within the first 90 days of receiving your item you have followed all of the care instructions and are still experiencing issues with your design, you may contact us to discuss return and refund options.

Shipped items arrive at your shipping address 1-3 business days after your order has been completed. Orders typically take 7-10 business days to complete depending on the size of your order but can be completed sooner. Simply put in your shipping address and information at check out to receive your order directly.
